Furthermore, Colliers International 2018 study for the first time puts Madrid in the three most attractive cities in Europe to do business after London and Paris.
This study analyses and classifies the cities according to their attraction for investment, with criteria such as quality of life, human talent and productivity. The increase in real estate investment in the last year and occupation levels has been decisive.
The study ‘Cities of Influence’ analyses 50 big business centers in Europe, which includes capitals as well as other economically relevant cities.
The study ‘Cities of Influence’ puts London as the most attractive city to do business in Europe for the second year running, and puts Paris, Moscow and Birmingham in the top 5, with Madrid ranking third. In 2018 the study covered 50 different cities as compared with 20 cities in its first version (Q1 2017).
